Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und besteht aus Wohn- und Schlafzimmer (mit Doppelbett), einem geräumigen Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wanne und Waschmaschine und einer schönen Küche. Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Elektroherd, Ofen und sämtliche zum Kochen benötigten Utensilien stehen zur Verfügung, ebenso WLAN, Fernseher und DVD-Player.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein großer, nach Südosten zeigender Balkon mit gemütlichem Rattan-Sofa, auf dem man wunderschön frühstücken kann.
Die Wohnung ist für 1-2 Personen geeignet (keine WG), die etwas ab vom Trubel eine gemütliche Wohnung im Grünen suchen.

I'm offering my quiet and sunny flat in Steglitz for the duration of a good three months.
The flat is fully furnished and consists of a living room, a bedroom (with double bed), a spacious bathroom with shower, bath tube and washing machine and a very nice kitchen. Feel free to use the fridge, dish washer, electric cooker, oven and necessary kitchen stuff as well as WLAN, TV and DVD player.
There's also a big balcony with a rattan sofa facing Southeast on which you can have a lovely breakfast.
The flat is best suited for 1-2 people (no flat share) who are looking for a cosy flat off the bustling city life.
Die Wohnung liegt in Steglitz, rund 10 Minuten von den S-Bahnhöfen Südende (S25) und Attilastraße (S2) entfernt, mit denen man innerhalb einer Viertelstunde am Potsdamer Platz oder in der Friedrichstraße ist. An den Bahnhöfen gibt es auch Supermärkte, einen Zeitlungsladen und einen Bäcker. Zudem sind die Busse 184 (keine 5 Min), 187 und 282 (je 10 Min) gut erreichbar; mit dem 282er ist man in rund 10 Minuten in der Schloßstraße mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Direkt am Teltow-Kanal gelegen, ist die Wohnung super hell und in fast allen Richtungen schaut man ins Grüne. Am Kanal selbst kann man wunderschön joggen oder auch Radtouren bis nach Teltow machen. Ebenfalls in der Nähe befinden sich die Eisbahn Lankwitz und das Schwimmbad Leonorenstraße.

The flat is located in Steglitz, about 10 minutes by foot from the S train stations Südende (S25) and Attilastraße (S2), which will take you to Potsdamer Platz or Friedrichstraße in around 15 minutes. Next to the train stations there are grocery stores, a newspaper shop and a bakery. You can also easily reach the busses 184 (less than 5 min), 187 and 282 (each 10 min); the 282 takes you to Schloßstraße with its various shops within 10 minutes.
Situated directly at the Teltow canal the flat is very sunny and almost all windows give a view of nature. Along the canal you can go running or do a cycling tour up to Teltow. Furthermore there's an ice-skating rink and an indoor swimming pool not far away.
Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung, aber auf dem Balkon kann natürlich geraucht werden.
