Ich biete eine sehr sonnige 2-Zimmer Altbauwohnung!
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock hat 65m2 und besteht aus einem großen sonnigen Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, einem großen Schlafzimmer und einer separaten Kammer in der Küche. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne.
Die Wohnräume verfügen über Dielenboden.
Von der Wohnung aus braucht man cca. 10 Minuten bis zur S+U Rathaus Steglitz.
Ich habe hier zwei Jahre lang sehr gerne gewohnt, in einer netten Nachbarschaft.
Da ich jetzt beruflich nah meiner Arbeit wohnen möchte, suche ich eine helle Altbauwohnung, mit mindestens zwei Zimmern und Balkon in Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg, Prenzlauer Berg, Treptow oder Neukölln.
