The apartment is very sunny as it is facing south. The balcony is very large and it is facing directly to the shared garden of the building.
The apartment is located in central Steglitz, with lots of green and parks around. The apartment building was built in 1930 and the flat was renovated in 2006 and 2023.
There is a convenient connection to S+U Bahn Steglitz, and also S-Bahn Südende. A bus stop is in front of the building. It is about 7 mins walking distance to the nice park Stadtpark Steglitz. There are 2 supermarkets nearby, Lidl and Rewe. There are also bakeries as well as cafes and restaurants nearby, one can easily get to the Schloßstraße shopping street.
