Dear reader,
I'm going to visit my girlfriend abroad, so I am going to sublet my apartment. It's located next to S-Bahn Feuerbachstr. and U-Bahn Walther Schreiber stations. So, it takes only 15-20 minutes to reach Brandenburg Gates, Potsdamer Platz or Zoo.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, has big windows and so really bright. If you do not like light, no problem, there are rollets installed in a big room.
There is also a big balcony, so you can spend hot evenings drinking Mate and watching TV there. The flat is fully equipped(fridge, oven, microwave, cooking panel, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and etc.). The apartment also has a bathtubю
The house is also equipped with elevator and private bike parking.
The rent is 800 per full calendar month. The sum will be adjusted to your living amount accordingly.
The deposit will be returned during 3 business days after the check.
The transport connection is terrific, you will leave next to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn, so you can easily travel around the city. What I like the most about the apartment is its proximity to Schlachtensee and Wannsee, so It is possible to have a nice run every morning and evening around the lake.
At the same time, it takes only 15 minutes to reach Mitte. So, if you like tourist walks, the apartment offers you great possibility to explore
