Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung für den gesamten August (+ - wenige Tage sind denkbar) an eine zuverlässige Person oder ein zuverlässiges Paar. Es ist eine möblierte Altbau-Wohnung mit 2 Zimmern, Bad, Küche & Balkon mit Zugang zu einem sehr hübschen gemeinschaftlich genutztem Garten. Es ist uns wichtig, dass mit unseren Dingen und auch unseren Nachbar*innen respektvoll umgegangen wird. Davon abgesehen sind wir sehr unkompliziert. Haustiere sind auch erlaubt.

Hello everybody! We are renting our flat for the whole month of august (all furniture included). If you are a trustworthy person or couple who will be treating our stuff and neighbours nicely (and maybe watering our plants every few days, that would be very kind)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Kiez nahe des grünen Teltowkanals in Tempelhof-Schöneberg. Die nächste S-Bahnstation (Attilastraße) ist ebenso nahe wie die nächste U-Bahnstation (Westphalweg) und zwei Busse (M76 und 282) halten quasi direkt vor der Tür. Mehrere Spätis und Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar und es gibt einige Kneipen im alten West-Berliner Stile und einen Skate-Park/Sportplatz.

Public Transport is well reachable by foot as well as late night shops (Spätis) and supermarcets and a couple of bars. Various daytime activities (boulder/basketball/skating) are very close-by.
