We are going on a trip for three months this winter - and we are really looking forward to it!
For the time of our absence we are looking for people who want to live in our apartment.
*The apartment
We have been living in the apartment for several years, accordingly it is fully equipped with everything you need to live. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and is located on the 4th floor (with elevator). It is just under 90 m² in size and triangular. Here is an overview of the rooms:

*Living/dining room with semi-open kitchen*.
Kitchen fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, sink, food processor (Mr. Cuisine), ice maker, bread maker, etc. For cooking enthusiasts many pots, pans, spices and other utensils.
Living/dining room: 2.5 seater couch with electric seat adjustment, dining table (1.6 m x 1.0 m) with seating for 5-6 people, large 55'' flat screen TV with TV and Netflix

Our apartment is very centrally located in Schöneberg, in a middle-class but multicultural neighborhood between Akazien- and Crellekiez. The area offers numerous restaurants, pubs and cafes and plenty of shopping within walking distance.
(For a livelier shopping experience, we suggest you head to one of the two weekly markets within walking distance on weekends: a large Turkish weekly market and a posh alternative weekly market in the LGBTQ neighborhood around the corner).
Street parking is free, but parking is limited. In exchange, there are several
public charging stations, various car sharing providers and excellent public transport connections by S-Bahn (S1 Julius-Leber-Brücke, 5 min walk), U-Bahn (U7 Kleistpark, 5 min walk) and various buses to Hbf, Bhf Südkreuz, to Alex etc. (3 min walk).

rent 1600,- €/month (including heating, water, real green electricity, phone/WLAN, Netflix)
final cleaning: 150,- €
Deposit 2400,- € (1,5 month rent)
The rental period is 3 months (beginning of November 22 to end of January 23). Short rentals or a longer rental period are not possible.
We rent to one or two persons (non-smokers, minimum age: 25 years). The apartment is ideally suited for a single person or a couple.
Not allowed are:
- Pets
- subletting
- loud parties
- smoking
- High heels on the bamboo floor
Musical instruments by agreement.
Deposit must be paid within one week after signing the contract. Keys will be handed over after receipt of the first month's rent.
Please note: We only process emails with "Dreieckswohnung" in the subject line.
*Agreements/getting to know each other*
Before we let you have our home, we would like to get to know you - and at the same time give you the opportunity to visit the apartment. If it is not possible to get to know each other in person beforehand, this can also be done via video call.
A few arrangements that are important to us:
We ask you to take care of our plants. They are not very demanding in winter, but they need water from time to time.
We ask that you take our mail out of the mailbox and keep it.
We would want to lock some things away. We would lock a room in the apartment ( e.g. the storage/utility room or walk-in closet) to do this. But we would coordinate with you which solution is the best for you.
Feel free to write a little bit about you and what makes you move to Berlin for the time.
