Wir möchten unsere Wohnung in Tempelhof ab dem 29.12.2013 bis zum 15.08.2014 Untermieten.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, eine Dusche und Toilete, eine Küche und ein Balkon. Es befindet sich im 2.OG (ohne Aufzug).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in ein Altbauhaus und im Hinterhof.
Die warmmiete beträgt 650 euro (inklusive gas und strom). Es können auch 2-3 Leute zusammen Wohnen, sodass man sich die Miete teilen kann.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr zentrale lage. In 5min ist man bei Ubhf Westphalweg (u6), in 7min bei Ubhf Ullsteintraße (u6). Ausserdem sind paar meter entfernt Tankstelle, Bäcker, Kiosk, Rossmann, Lidl, Netto, Reichelt, Ullstein- Hafencenter und vieles mehr..
