Die Entscheidung zu gehen war sehr spontan. Genau deswegen ist dieses Inserat auch sehr spontan entstanden und genau so hoffe ich, dass dort draußen Menschen sind die spontan nach Berlin gekommen sind und JETZT spontan gerade eine Wohnung suchen! ;)
Hier hat man alles was man braucht für genau 4 Wochen. Dazu gibt es entspannte ruhige Nachbarn und eine ruhige pflanzenreiche Umgebung.
Eine Sache, die man hier nicht machen kann ist PARTY, da die Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist.
Aber in Berlin ist es sowas von kein Problem eine andere Wohnung zu finden, die eine Party macht! ;)
Es ist übrigens auch möglich zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt die Wohnung zu mieten, sofern sich keine anderen bewerben. Also ein Versuch ist es Wert. Der Rest wird per E-Mail geklärt.

Due to the fact of a very spontaneous trip for 4 weeks this insertion is also very spontaneous. But maybe there are some spontaneous people who spontaneously decided to come over to Berlin.
So as you see it is all about spontaneity. :)
There might also be the possibility to move in this flat for a date after 13th of august. This depenends on the requests.
One important thing: this flat is not a party flat. The neighbours are really nice and calm as long as you don't party. Have some friends in the flat is no problem. Having 30 people in the flat is a problem.
