Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und sehr hell. Das Wohnzimmer (28m2) ist durch eine Flügeltür mit einem weiteren Zimmer (19m2) verbunden, von dem ein Balkon abgeht. Darüber hinaus gibt es ein weiteres großes Zimmer (24m2) sowie ein relativ kleines (5m2) Arbeitszimmer. Die Küche (9m2) verfügt über eine Speisekammer. Das Bad ist nicht riesig, aber ausreichend groß.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für ein Paar, insbesondere mit Kind.
The spacey and sunny flat (111m2) has wooden floors and 3,5 rooms. Two rooms (28 m2 and 19 m2) of which one has a balcony, are connected by a double wing door. There is a third room (24 m2) and also a rather small room (5 m2), which can be used as home office. The kitchen (9 m2) has a pantry.
The flat is perfect for couples, especially with children.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen, grünen Wohngegend, ein Café/Bäcker ist direkt gegenüber und das Tempelhofer Feld erreicht man ziemlich schnell. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gegeben und mit
der U6 (die Stationen Alt-Tempelhof und Kaiserin-Augusta-Str. sind fußläufig) ist man auch zügig in der Bergmannstraße oder in Mitte. Auch Schöneberg und Neukölln sind mit dem Fahrrad oder den Öffentlichen gut zu erreichen.
You find the flat in a quiet, green living area, close to the Tempelhofer Feld. Supermarkets and so on are also close and by the U6 (stations Alt-Tempelhof and Kaiserin-Augusta-Str. are pretty near) you can get quickly to Bergmannstraße and Mitte. Schöneberg and Neukölln are also easily to reach by bike or public transport.
Ich biete diese Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete bis Dezember 2018 an, da ich berufsbedingt ins Ruhrgebiet ziehe. Danach strebe ich eine Rückkehr nach Berlin an und möchte die Wohnung gerne wieder beziehen.
Die genauen Umzugsmodalitäten hängen davon ab, ab wann ich genau ins Ruhrgebiet ziehen werde. Angepeilt ist der 1. Dezember, aber evtl. ist die Wohnung auch schon ab 15. November zu beziehen. Ein Zimmer steht in jedem Fall bereits ab 1. November zur Verfügung.
As I move to the Ruhrgebiet due to work. I offer the flat for rent till December 2018 since I'm planning to return to Berlin.
You can move in December, 1st, maybe already on November, 15th, dependig on when I move to the Ruhrgebiet. Anyway one room will be available from November, 1st.
