Our flat is located just next to Berlin-Tempelhof station (Sbahn and U6) and 5 minutes from Tempelhof parc. It is really well equiped with a brand new kitchen (oven, fridge, induction hobs) as you can see on the photographs. The light is very good during the day and there is a balcony in the main room. The bedroom is huge and very cosy with a big desk. Very useful if you work from home. A lot of storage for clothes in the bedroom and some storage in the main room also for your other stuff.
In the main room, a big table and a sofa are making it a very nice place to chill and have lunch and dinner.
The bathroom is equipped with a 2in1 bath and shower.
We really enjoy the big room and the very cosy wood on the floor.
The rent is only for the total period of 16 days (6th to 22nd of February).
The total price for the flat is 560€ (35€ x 16 days) for the total period with :
- the rent,
- water and gas,
- the internet is included also.
The flat is located next to Tempelhof parc (5 minutes) in the district of Tempelhof.
There is another nice parc, smaller, in the streets in the back of the building. It's nice for a run or a walk.
The Berlin-Tempelhof station is very near also, you wan get the Sbahn / RingBhan and U6.
