Hallo,
Wir sind vor kurzem in eine andere Stadt gezogen und möchten unsere Wohnung in Berlin nicht aufgeben und daher gern ab 01.06.2019 möbliert mit 3 Monaten beiderseitiger Kündigungsfrist untervermieten evtl. auch länger als bis Ende 2019. Es ist eine 3,5 Zimmer Wohnung, wir möchten jedoch das halbe Zimmer gern als Stauraum behalten. Die Wohnung mit den 3 Zimmern hätte dann ca. 85 Quadratmeter. Die Miete beläuft sich auf etwa 800 € warm.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des Attilaplatzes in Tempelhof. Die U6 sowie die S2 sowie das Hafencenter sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
