Hallo zusammen,
ich fliege am 14. Dezember in die USA und habe mich entschieden kurzfristig meine Wohnung in Neu-Tempelhof unterzuvermieten.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, eine großen Balkon und eine gut ausgestattete Küche.
Für den Zeitraum ist eine Miete von 600€ und eine Kaution in Höhe von 400€ im Voraus zu zahlen.
Für eine Besichtigung wäre ich hätte ich am Samstag den 11.12. von 12-16 Uhr Zeit.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Der Anschluss an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist durch die Nähe zum Südkreuz sehr einfach.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe gibt es am Südkreuz (man kann hier auch am Sonntag einkaufen) und einen Rewe gibt es auch 10 Minuten entfernt.
Ansonsten ist der beliebte Bergmann Kiez und das Tempelhofer Feld entspannt zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Ich suche nach einer verantwortungsvollen Person, die die Wohnung und die Einrichtung in einem guten Zustand hinterlässt und die Pflanzen einmal die Woche gießt.
Mehr als zwei Personen sind in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt und auch große Treffen oder Partys sind nicht erwünscht.
