The permanent apartment contract must go to a person / couple that is expecting a baby or a family (building rules).
Tiergarten / Moabit. A beautiful, peaceful and central neighborhood, well connected to all of Berlin and right next to the lovely Tiergarten and tons of playgrounds, cafes, bars, museums etc.
Grocery stores Edeka, Rewe, LPG Biomarkt and Denns Biomarkt nearby.
U9 is 5 minutes away.
S3,5,7,9 is 8 minutes away.
