Attractive bars and cafes is also 5 minutes walking distance. We are looking for a nice outgoing flatmate, and we are flexible as well. The room is already available, for those who prefer to move in immediately.
It faces east and gets lots of light in the morning til afternoon. The room is quiet and peaceful because it also faces the courtyard. It is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a desk chair. The flat is situated on the 3rd floor. It is clean, tidy and generally quiet.
