Hallo wir vermieten unsere helle Altbau-Wohnung im Bezirk Moabit. Es handelt sich um eine befristete Miete für 10 Tage und ab dem 12.08.2014 bis zum 21.08.2014 um 14:00. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und hat alles was für ein 10 Tage Trip in Berlin gebraucht wird.
Die Wohnung kann an 2 bis 3 Personen vermietet werden. Wir erwarten von den Mietern, dass sie die Wohnung in einem guten und vor allem sauberen Zustand hinterlassen. Falls Ihr Fragen haben solltet hinterlassen wir die Telefonnummer von einem Freund.
Bitte schickt uns eine Kopie eures Ausweises und ggf. von den anderen Mitmietern.

Hi we are renting our beautiful flat in Moabit. We are renting it for 10 days from the 12th of August until the 21st of August at 2:00 pm. The flat is completely furnishd and is the perfect solution for a Berlin-trip.
The flat can be rented to 2-3 people. We expect that you guys leave the flat tidy and clean when we come back.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Beusselstraße und ist nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß von der S-Bahn Beusselstraß entfernt, hier fährt die Ringbahn und auch der Bus TXL der von und zum Flughafen Tegel fährt. Weitere Buslinien fahren von der Haltestelle Wittstocker Straße zu verschiedenen Zielen in Berlin.
Zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Direkt neben der Eingangstür zum Haus gibt es ein Späti der ziemlich gut bestückt, ist was Bier, Wein usw. angeht.
10 Minuten entfernt gibt es ein dm und ein REWE.

The flat is placed directly at Beusselstraße and is 4 Minutes away from the S-Bahn-Station Beusselstraße. At the station the Bus TXL drives from and to the Airport Tegel.
There is a 7-Eleven next to the door of the apartment building. It has everything you can want from beer, wine, etc. also food and other stuff. 10 Minutes away there is a big grocery store called REWE.
