Wohnung: Trotzdem die Wohnung nur 45 m^2 hat ist sie recht günstig geschnitten. Die Küche bietet genügend Platz für einen Tisch zum sitzen.
Das halbe Zimmer kann als Durchgangszimmer oder als Schlafzimmer mit großem Einbauschrank verwendet werden.
Das Badezimmer bietet genügend Platz für die Waschmaschine und den Wäscheständer, sowie einen großen Schrank/Regal (siehe Fotos).
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss mit den Fenstern zum Hof, sie kostet 207 Euro kalt und mit Nebenkosten 317 Euro warm. In den 317 Euro warm sind enthalten: Miete, Betriebskosten, Heizungskosten und Wasser. Also es muss nur Strom extra bezahlt werden.
Für eine Person oder ein Pärchen ist die Wohnung sehr gut geeignet.

The Half room can be used as a connecting room or a bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe.
The bathroom offers enough space for the washing machine and drying rack, and a closet / shelf (see photos).
The apartment is on the ground floor with windows facing the courtyard, it costs 207 euros cold and with extra costs 317 Euro warm. In the 317 Euro warm are included: rent, operating costs, heating costs and water. So only electricity needs to be paid extra.
For one person or a couple, the apartment is very well suited.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Tiergarten Süd direkt an der Grenze zu Schöneberg in der Kluckstraße. Die Straße ist eine sehr ruhige Straße, da sie eine Sackgasse ist. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es mit Anwohnerparkschein ausreichend. In max. 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der U1 Kurfürstenstraße und in 7min am Nollendorfplatz wo viele U- Bahnen und etliche Busse fahren.
Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafes, Bars, Restaurants etc. sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen, sowie zB der Winterfeldplatz und die Goltzstraße..
Zum Shopping bietet sich zu Fuß der Potsdamerplatz und der Kudamm an. Zu Fuß in 15 min und mit dem Fahrrad auch in 5min erreichbar. Nahe gelegene Parks sind der Tiergarten, am Ende der Straße und er Gleisdreieck Park.

The apartment is located in Tiergarten South at the border to Schöneberg in the Kluckstraße. The street is a very quiet street, because it has a dead end. Parking is available with residents parking permit. In max. 5 min by foot you can get to the Metro Station Kurfürstenstraße and several Buses and in 7 min by foot you get to U Nollendorfplatz where the Subways U1/U2/U3/U4 and several Buses are going.
Many shops, cafes, bars, restaurants etc. are all within walking distance, as well as the Winterfeldplatz and Goltzstraße ...
To go shopping you can reach the Kurfürstendamm or the Potsdamer Platz within 15 min by foot or within 5min by bike. The closest parks are the Tiergarten, just down the street and the Gleisdreieck Park.
Wie schon angegeben, suche ich mit meiner Freundin eine Wohnung zum TAUSCH.
Wir würden gerne in eine größere Wohnung ziehen mit mindestens 3 Zimmern und max. 800€ warm. Wir würden gerne in die Bezirke Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Tempelhof, Schöneberg, Steglitz, Zehlendorf, Charlottenburg, Wilmersdorf, Mitte, Spandau.
