Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, direkt am Görlitzer Park, Schlesischen Busch und Landwehrkanal.
Zur Wohnung:
Altbau, sehr hell, kleine Wohnküche mit Sofa, kleines Duschbad, ein großes und eine kleineres Zimmer (das große Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, das kleinere ein Kinderzimmer), Balkon, schöner Hof mit Garten zum mitbenutzen.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in 2 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen, die nächsten U- und S-Bahn Stationen (U Schlesisches Tor und S Treptower Park) sind in etwa 10 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in null komma nichts in Kreuzberg 36, Friedrichshain oder Neukölln.

The flat is located in a very quiet but central area, right by Görlitz Park, Schlesische Bush and Landwehr Canal.
Equipment:
Old building, very bright, kitchen is a small living room with sofa, small bathroom with shower, one large and one smaller room (the large room is a passage room, the smaller one a kid's room), balcony, beautiful courtyard with a garden to share.
The nearest bus stop is a 2 min walk, to the nearest metro and suburban railway stations (U Schlesisches Tor and S Treptow Park) can be reached in about 10 min walk.
With the bike it takes u ten min to either get to Kreuzberg 36, Friedrichshain or Neukölln.
