To rent is a refurbished old apartment, just under 80 m² in size, with beautiful parquet, double door and ceiling stucco. The apartment is rented completely furnished for a period of just over 2 months (from mid-January to mid-March 2019, individual adjustments of +/- 1 week can be arranged).
The 3-room apartment offers everything you need: a large dining table / desk, a double bed, a wardrobe, dressers, a large sofa, a large kitchen with everything you need for cooking, a bathroom with bathtub and window, a small balcony to the south with seating and even an electric piano.
Of course, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dishwasher are available.
The apartment is for 2 people, ideally a couple, or designed for families. If necessary, therefore, a baby crib and a baby bath are available.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, vor der Tür liegt der Tretpower Park mit Karpfenteich, Spree, Insel der Jugend und angrenzend der Plänterwald. Jogger, Spaziergänger und Naturliebhaber werden sich hier wohlfühlen!
Die Bezirke Neukölln, Kreuzberg und Friedrichshain liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der S-Bahnhof Treptower Park (Ringbahn) ist fußläufig 15 Minuten, der S-Bahnhof Plänterwald 7 Minuten entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle liegt 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erreicht man in wenigen Minuten außerdem die hippen Ausgeht-Viertel Oberbaumbrücke oder Görlitzer Park mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich quasi um die Ecke, am Bahnhof Treptower Park gibt es ein großes Einkaufscenter mit zahlreichen weiteren Shopping-Möglichkeiten.

The districts of Neukölln, Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain are in the immediate vicinity. The S-Bahn station Treptower Park (Ringbahn) is within walking distance of 15 minutes, the S-Bahn station Plänterwald 7 minutes away. A bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. On foot or by bike you can reach in a few minutes the trendy nightlife quarters Oberbaumbrücke or Görlitzer Park with numerous restaurants, cafes and bars. A supermarket is virtually around the corner, at Treptower Park there is a large shopping center with numerous other shopping opportunities.
Die Mietkosten belaufen sich auf 1100,00 € pro Monat. Für die Anmietung des gesamten Zeitraums (= 10 Wochen, wie wir es wünschen) sind dies 2750,00 €.
