Helle, freundliche 3-Zimmer Altbauwohnung anzubieten. Die 3-Zimmer sind zwischen 16 und 22 qm groß und alle mit schönen Holzdielen und hohen Decken versehen. Das größte Zimmer hat einen Zugang zum Balkon.
Die Wohnung kann teilmöbliert (1,40 Bett, Matratze, Kommode, Sofa, 4 Stühle, Schrank), jedoch auf Wunsch auch unmöbliert angemietet werden.
Die Küche ist mit einer Einbauküche ausgestattet (Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank).
Im Tageslichtbad gibt es eine Dusche und Badewanne. Hier befindet sich auch ein Anschluss für eine Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung eignet sich gut für eine WG oder Kleinfamilie.
Sehr gute Anbindung an die Ring-Bahn (Treptower Park) liegt die Wohnung in direkter Nähe zu Kreuzberg und Neukölln sowie Friedrichshain. Supermärkte, Apotheke, Späti, Bioladen etc. sind alle in max. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.
Fahrräder sind im Innenhof geschützt abstellbar. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock ist aber über einen Aufzug aus dem Nebenhaus erreichbar. Mietdauer zunächst nur für 2 Monate. Wir befinden uns aktuell im Gespräch mit der Hausverwaltung. Evtl. ist eine Übernahme nach den 2 Monaten möglich.
