Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Zimmer und steht euch komplett möbliert zur Verfügung.

Es ist uns besonders wichtig, die Wohnung an zuverlässige und ordnungsbewusste Mieter zu überlassen. :-) Raucher und Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.

UNIQUE LOCATION - RIGHT BY THE SPREE
Beautiful new building, spacious, and the terrace is directly by the river. Since we are going to travel for approximately 3-4 months, we would like to sublet our lovely apartment.
Move-in is possible from January 15, 2024, with a rental period of 3 months - until April 15, with the possibility of extension.
The apartment has 3 rooms and is fully furnished for your use:
1 bedroom
1 office (adjustable desk) + fitness area
1 guest bathroom
1 large bathroom including bathtub
2 terraces
Including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine & dishwasher.
Although the apartment is on the ground floor, hardly anyone can peek inside! Everything is well protected by a fence and open towards the water in the front.
It is very important to us that we entrust the apartment to reliable and conscientious people. :-) No smokers, no pets.
The price includes apartment cleaning 1x/month!
In der Nähe hast du einen Spazierweg an der Spree sowie einen großen Wald. Auch ist es nicht weit nach Köpenick. Die Altstadt lieben wir sehr! Es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten.
Nur 2 Min. entfernt ist eine Busstation und ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß die S-Bahn Schöneweide mit einer sehr guten Anbindung.
Die Lage an der Spree ist einfach toll!
