modern, bright and spacious apartment close to prenzlauer berg

We are renting our fully furnished 65m2 apartment for the period 15.6.-31.7.2023 (1,5months).

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of modern apartment building (built in 2020, elevator available). It has 2 rooms (a very large living room/ kitchen) and a smaller bedroom and offers a super spacious balcony facing towards East.

The living and kitchen area is shared in a big room with a full window front and the balcony attached to it. The bedroom is separate, also with a window front. There is a third little utility room with a washing mashine and storing facilities and a large bathroom.

The place is modern, bright and spacious and nicely furnished with USM and other designer furniture. The place is super green and has a very lively vibe as we live with a lot of plants.
Of course the apartment offers a fully furnished kitchen, fast WiFi, washing mashine and a dish washer.

The house is located in Wedding on the border to Prenzlauer Berg, right behind the famous Kirschbluetenweg (look it up on IG or Google, it is mesmerizing and beautiful). The Mauerpark is just a 20min walk away, S Gesundbrunnen and the ring is a 10min walk away, the tram to Fhain, Prenzlauerberg and Wedding is5min away. The street is very green and quiet and offers wonderfully arranged public places with table tennis facilities, cafés and late shops. Badstraße with its turkish and arab culinary offers is only a 10min walk away. The area is super safe and vibrant and diverse.

My sister lives on the first floor and she can help you out in case you need something.

Rent includes everything and is 2500 EUR for the entire duration of 1,5months and included everything.

The apartment is best for singles or couples. A WG would work for us well but as the room sizes vary immensely it could be difficult to arrange a WG life within the given facilities.
