Hello People!
We're moving out to a new place and so the whole flat becomes available. Unfortunately only from the 29 of FEB, flexible, until the 30 of MARCH. This is FIXED. The real state company will then renovate and you know the story if you're living in Berlin already. The flat has two bedrooms and one living room and one separated kitchen, so MEGA spacious for the Berlin standard. It's meant for only 2 people but a 3 or even 4 are possible is they share bedrooms, so couples are potentially allowed with an extra fee to compensate for more water, heat and electricity consumption (90€).
We'll try to leave the place as comfortable as possible so there will be 2 beds (1 double, 1 single) , table , chairs, plates and all you need in the kitchen and bathroom so you only need your suitcases! Also there is plentyyyy of storage room if you need a place to keep your furniture for some time!

1020€ warm (90€ extra people)
