It has an elevator and two balconies in a quiet yet well connected location.
The bedroom is equipped with a 1.40 m double bed; the couch in the living room can also be extended to sleep for 2 people if necessary. The television there can be connected to its own laptop via an adapter and used as a "home cinema".
My kitchen is equipped with all equipment. In the utility room there are washing machine, iron and other household utensils.

I myself work in Berlin's art scene and look forward to a nice and attentive interlocutor*in who feels comfortable in my apartment.

Ich biete meine moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung drei Wochen im Sommer 2025 zur Zwischenmiete an.

Sie verfügt über einen Aufzug und zwei Balkone in ruhiger und dennoch gut angebundener Lage.
Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem 1,40 m Doppelbett ausgestattet; die Couch im Wohnzimmer kann bei Bedarf ebenfalls zu einer Schlafmöglichkeit für 2 Personen erweitert werden. Der dortige Fernseher kann über einen Adapter an den eigenen Laptop angeschlossen und so als "Heim-Kino" genutzt werden.
Meine Küche ist mit sämtlichen Gerätschaften ausgestattet. Im Hauswirtschaftsraum befinden sich Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und sonstige Haushaltsutensilien.

Ich selbst arbeite in der Kunstszene Berlins und freue mich über eine*n netten und aufmerksame*n Zwischenmieter*in, die sich in meiner Wohnung wohl fühlt.
