Apartment for professional commuters in Berlin-Wedding Wohnung für Berufspendlerinnen in Berlin-Wedding

I am looking for a female renter for the interim use of my old apartment, between 35-50 years old, who wants to use my furnished apartment temporarily under the week.
I myself still use the apartment, but rather on weekends and currently not very regularly (about 1-2x a month for 4 days, for example Fr-Mo or Do-So).
A good agreement is necessary, it should be good for both sides and give sufficient privacy. If it fits humanly between us and we have the same high standards of cleanliness and order, it can also serve as a solution beyond 2025.
The apartment is very charming and cozy furnished, has two rooms with balcony, view of a park, located near the U9 and has a bus connection. It is fully furnished and can be purchased immediately. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
A green thumb would also be nice so that my room and balcony plants are supplied.

Ich suche eine weibliche Mieterin zur Zwischennutzung meiner Altbauwohnung, zwischen 35-50 Jahren, die berufsbedingt pendelt und temporär unter der Woche meine möblierte Wohnung nutzen möchte.
Ich selbst nutze die Wohnung auch noch, allerdings berufsbedingt eher an den Wochenenden und aktuell nicht sehr regelmäßig (ca. 1-2x im Monat für jeweils 4 Tage, bspw. Fr-Mo oder Do-So).
Eine gute Absprache ist nötig, es soll für beide Seiten gut machbar sein und ausreichend Privatsphäre geben. Wenn es zwischen uns menschlich passt und wir den gleichen hohen Anspruch an Sauberkeit und Ordnung haben, kann es gern auch als Lösung über 2025 hinaus dienen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr charmant und gemütlich eingerichtet, hat zwei Zimmer mit Balkon, Blick auf einen Park, liegt in der Nähe der U9 und hat eine Busanbindung. Sie ist komplett eingerichtet und kann sofort bezogen werden. In der Nähe gibt es jede Menge Bars und Restaurants.
Schön wäre auch ein grüner Daumen, damit meine Zimmer- und Balkonpflanzen versorgt sind.
