Die beiden Zimmer mit Balkonen münden aus dem Vorderhaus auf die ruhige Nebenstraße nur 5 MInuten von Leopoldplatz bzw S Bhf Wedding entfernt. Küche und das dritte Zimmer mit Balkontür gehen zum ruhigen, großen und grünen Hof hinaus.
Von einem der Zimmer geht ein weiteres halbes Zimmer mit ca 18 qm ab. Möglich als günstigeres Studentenzimmer.
Auf Wunsch bleiben folgende sauberen und ganzen Möbel in der Wohnung:

Steh und Deckenlampen, div. kleinere Schränkchen u. Garderobe.
Der Keller ist ca 10 qm groß und trocken.
