Ich fahre spontan eine Woche in den Urlaub und kann für den Zeitraum meine Wohnung abgeben. Heute gemietet, morgen eingezogen! Ich antworte sehr schnell!
Die Wohnung ist eine renovierte Altbauwohnung mit schönen Dielenboden und hohen Decken. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 großes Wohnzimmer, 1 Küche und 1 Bad (gesamt 68 m2)
Die Wohnung ist ruhig und idyllisch. Die Straße ist sehr wenig befahren und mit schönen Bäumen gesäumt. Es gibt einen riesen Innenhof, in dem es Spielwiesen, Bäume, etc. gibt.
Das Viertel ist ruhig und familiengerecht. In der Nähe gibt es einen wunderschönen Park. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen Tante-Emma-Laden. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man an der Müllerstraße, dort gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt: Restaurants, Imbisse, Supermärkte, ein Kino... Außerdem gibt es einen Bio-Markt, der ist etwa 10 Minuten entfernt.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist gut. In etwa 5 Minuten erreicht man die U-Bahn (U6).
Auch liegt die Wohnung zentral, man erreicht schnell alle gewünschten Ziele.

I am going to holiday for a week and will rent my flat out. Rent now and move in tomorrow! I am gonna respond quickly!
Spacious apartment with original quality wooden floorboards and high ceilings. There are 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a large living room (totally 68 m2).
The apartment is very tranquil and relaxing. It is situated on a quiet side street dotted with pine trees and with very little traffic. It’s only 50 metres walk to one of Berlin’s most scenic parks “Rehberge”. It also has a huge grassy inner courtyard area.
There is a cute corner store 2 minutes walk from the apartment for the extra items one needs. Other than that it’s 5 minutes walk to the main street “Mueller Strasse”. There you’ll find restaurants, take-away stands, supermarkets, organic food stores and movie theatres.
The transport connection to the city centre is also very handy. It’s 5 minutes walk to the subway stop “Rehberge” on the U6 line.
