Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Idealerweise wird die Wohnung von einem Pärchen gemietet, da die Räume derzeit in Wohnzimmer (ca. 25qm) und Schlafzimmer (ca. 35qm) aufgeteilt sind. Einer Umfunktionierung in eine WG steht aber nichts im Wege.
