Hey, I´m Elena. Me and my lovely flatmate Anissa are going on a journey for 2 weeks and wanna rent our beautiful flat to get some extra money.
We´re both 23, both students and are looking for 2 nice people who wanna take care of our nest while we´re gone.
You can rent the flat together with a friend or apply just for one of the rooms. Deposit is 50 per person.
Big room: size: ~19m², cost: 225
with big bed, sofa, cupboard, desk and a nice armchair, 2 windows
Small room: size: ~9m², cost: 205
with big bed, chair, shelf, little blue cupboard, 1 window and some space on the wall to paint on. :)
PLUS: Living room with small cooking space, size: ~24m²
with a nice black leather couch, beautiful carpet, old table, electric piano, guitar, desk, books and a great pair of speakers!
There are also some plants who´d like to be taken care of once in a while.
Oh, and we got WLAN, of course.

It´s common sense that Wedding is the new thing, so don´t miss the chance to witness and be part of the developing process.:)
It takes you 5-8 minutes to walk to the next station, U-Bahn or Tram, that takes you to the center or to closer areas like Prenzlauer Berg.
If you wanna go shopping you just have to go to Müllerstraße to find everything you need, especially fresh fruit and vegetables.
If you wanna grab a beer or some hot chocolate, go to Café Cralle, which is just around the corner. For some music-jamsessions visit the legendary Kiki Sol at S-Bahnhof Wedding.
