Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, die vom Flur abgehen. Zwei davon sind über 20 qm groß, eines ca. 18. Sie ist mit Dielen ausgelegt und hat eine Einbauküche sowie einen Balkon zu bieten. Der Vermieter ist eine Privatperson und daher gestaltet sich jegliche Kommunikation ziemlich unkompliziert. Ein besonderes Bonus ist der geräumige Kellerraum, in welchem viel Platz für Gerümpel vorhanden ist, der aber auch zB. als Hobbykeller genutzt werden kann. Durch den niedrigen Preis ist die Wohnung nicht nur für 3er WG's ein Schnäppchen sondern auch für beispielsweise Paare gut geeignet.
Bis zur U8 Station Pankstraße sind es nur etwa 3 Minuten, schnell erreichbar sind auch U/S Gesundbrunnen bzw. die Ringbahn und etliche Regionalverbindungen sowie S Humboldthain. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich so gut wie alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kaisers, Lidl, dm, Spätis, Dönerläden etc.), außerdem ist das Gesundbrunnencenter nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Der Volkspark Humboldthain liegt quasi direkt vor der Haustür.
Im Gegenzug suche ich nach einer 2 bis 3 Zimmer Wohnung, möglichst Altbau und nahe am Leopoldplatz (etwa Nauener Platz, Sprengelkiez, S/U Wedding). Ich möchte eine neue WG gründen und wir sind aufgrund unserer Alltagswege auf eine gute U9/U6 Anbindung angewiesen. Der 1. Dezember ist von uns erst einmal nur als ungefähres Datum angepeilt.
