Ich biete meine schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an, da ich mich in Frankfurt am Main auf Wohnungssuche begebe (für den Fall das sich da jemand einen Tausch vorstellen könnte...).
Die Wohnung ist ca. 54qm groß, hat ein kleines und ein großes Zimmer, Küche, Bad und Balkon.
Das kleine Zimmer wird als Schlafzimmer benutzt und besteht aus einem Doppel- und einem Kleinkinderbett.
Das größere wird als Wohnzimmer benutzt. Es hat aber auch gemütliches Ein-Mann-Bett und den Balkon.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (außer Spühlmaschine).
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, da alle Räume Richtung Süden zeigen.
Eine Monatsmiete beträgt 600 Euro. Darin sind alle Kosten enthalten. Bei Interesse bitte anrufen oder mailen. Beim Ein und Auszugsdatum bin ich relativ flexibel. Nach Absprache
Die Wohnung liegt zwieschen zwei schönen Parks.
Zum etwas kleineren (Schillerpark) läuft man 1 Minute, zum wunderschönen großen Rehbergepark ca. 7 Minuten.
Zur U-Bahn (U6) braucht man 2 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ohne Ende an der Müllerstraße.
Alles fußläufig erreichbar.
