I will not be in Berlin from January to March 2015, hence I can sublet my flat to a reliable person. The flat is fully furnished and has the typical Berlin charme of high ceilings and a masonry heater (no worries, there is proper heating).
The flat itself lies very quietly in the fourth floor of the back building which is the highest floor as well.
The flat is situated in Wedding, surrounded by many supermarkets and other small businesses, a thriving area. Subway line 6 (stop Seestraße) is about 2min by foot and leads in 10min to the city centre around Friedrichsstr. You can easily reach Tempelhofer Feld as well, for example.

ich bin von Januar bis März 2015 nicht in Berlin und kann daher meine Wohnung an einen zuverlässigen Untermieter/in untervermieten. Sie ist vollmöbliert und hat Berliner Altbau-Charme mit hohen Decken und einem Kachelofen. Sie liegt sehr ruhig im Seitenflügel des Innenhofs und ist im 4. OG, was auch der oberste Stock ist.
Die Wohnung selbst liegt im Wedding und zwar ca. 2min zu Fuß von der Ubahn-Haltestelle Seestraße entfernt. Die dort fahrende U6 verbindet ist die Nord-Süd-Achse Berlins, man kann direkt vor den Toren des Tempelhofer Feldes aussteigen zum Beispiel.
Für Details sollten wir uns am besten privat absprechen.
The flat is about 2min away from subway line 6 and busses and the tram. It is very easy to get around. Two big parks and a lake are basically around the corner. There are many supermarkets very close by which makes the living situation very convenient.
Die Wohnung liegt etwa 2min zu Fuß von der Ubahn-Linie 6 entfernt, genauso weit entfernt sind verschiedene Busse und die Tram. Man findet sich sehr leicht zurecht. Zwei größere Parks und ein See sind sehr nah gelegen. Es gibt sehr viele Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe, was die Lebenssituation sehr vereinfacht.
