Es handelt sich dabei um eine 2-Zimmer Wohnung in einem Altbau in idealler Lage (nur 700m zur Grenze nach Mitte) und mit ideallem Preis. Die Möbel und Küchenartikel können in der Zeit genutzt werden.

I will be traveling for 2 weeks in February (7-22 February) and now I am looking for somebody you would like to rent out my flat in that time.
If you are looking for a place to stay during your visit to Berlin- this might be it.
The 2 rooms flat is ideally located close to Mitte (700 meters) with the low prices of Wedding. You are welcome to use my furniture and the kitchen/bathroom supplies during your stay.

Die Wohnung liegt ideal an der U9 Amrumer Straße (4 Minuten Fußweg), nicht weit entfernt von der U6 Leopoldplatz (8 Min) und Ringbahn Wedding (10 Min).
Ein Supermarkt und ein Späti sind fast direkt nebenan. Der Sprengelkiez hat sich in den letzten Monaten klasse entwickelt und es gibt sehr viele tolle Angebote vor Ort. Für Naturliebhaber und Sportler gibt es den Plötzensee und den Kanal in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The flat is super ideally located between the U9 Amrumer Strasse (4 Min), the U6 Leopoldplatz (8 Min) and the S-Bahn Wedding.
You find a supermarket and a kiosk (open until late) almost next door.
We have a great selection of restaurants close by (Burger place, indian, South Korean, German, vegan, etc.) and I am happy to suggest more.
If you like to go for a walk or exercise- the lake Plötzensee and the canal are around the corner.
