Hey there I am renting my 2 room Appartement in Wedding (U6/ Seestr.) The apartment has 55m2 and is perfect for couples or you want to use the second room as a living and working room. The monthly rental of 750€ includes all costs as well it is fully furnished. It is a nice Altbauwohnung with huge windows, so the apartment is very bright the whole day. Also it is very calm because it is in the Sidebuilding of the Komplex. Shoppingpossiblities are all around the corner in a less than 5 minutes walk and the public transport station is in front of the house (M13/50 and U6 Seestr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es um die Ecke (5min Fußweg). Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind vor der Haustüre (M13/ 50 und U6 Seestr). Fast nebenan ist der schöne Rehberge Park der vor allem im Sommer zum gemütlichen Genießen einlädt.
Shoppingpossiblities are all around the corner in a less than 5 minutes walk and the public transport station is in front of the house (M13/50 and U6 Seestr). Next to it there is the nice huge Park called Rehberge which is awesome in Summer for hanging out.
Da es noch nicht sicher ist wie, es bei mir weiter geht ist die Wohnung zunächst zur Untermiete was wir vertraglich regeln werden. Wenn du Interesse hast, dir die Wohnung mal anzuschauen schreib mir am Besten oder noch besser ruf mich an.
