Wohnung im Sprengelkiez / Authentic Berlin Apartment

Hallo Leute,

wir vermieten unsere Wohnung für zwei Wochen. Sie ist 87qm groß, ruhig und im Sprengelkiez. Der Spreekanal ist quasi direkt vor der Haustür und die Gegend ist sehr lebendig und kreativ. Parks und Seen sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, U Amrumer Straße ist eine Minute weg. Anbindungen sind sehr gut. Weitere Details im englischen Text below!

Me and my partner are Berliners, who enjoy an authentic lifestyle. We both are artists who have been searching for a long time for an apartment that has a healthy mixture of cosiness and incentive. This is what our home is all about.
The apartment is on the ground floor of the rear building in a typical Berliner Altbau. It is quiet and relaxing, which is very welcoming after exploring Berlin. There is one bedroom with a kingsize bed and a living room with a studio couch. An extra mattress is also available and both rooms have TVs. Feel free and welcome to use the apartment as your home, but please respect our private items such as books, vinyls, alcohol and clothes. We have everything you need prepared for you, such as fresh bed linen, towels, etc. We have a cat, but she’ll be absent for the time of your visit.
The apartment is in the heart of Berlin, surrounded by cafés, bars, restaurants and bakeries. The river Spree is just down the street, as well as lakes and parks. The U-Bahn connection is excellent! You be anywhere in a short period of time.

This is no party apartment! Dogs are welcome! Please leave the apartment clean!
