68 m2 flat in Berlin Wedding, 2 rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet. The flat is very centrally located between Gesundbrunnen (Ringbahn) and Pankstrasse (U8) in a very peaceful backyard next to a church. The flat has just been newly refurbished.
I commute to Dresden for work and only spend weekends in the flat at present, which can however change.
It is best if you come around and I'll show you the place.
Women preferred as the shower room is located behind my bedroom. However, there is a separate toilet with a sink.
For someone who similarly commutes home on the weekends, the rent is negotiable.
Very close to Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte, you are also not far away from the up and coming areas in Wedding. You can take lovely walks by the river Panke. Supermarkets and shops are just down the road.
Smoking is absolutely not allowed in the flat. I am looking for someone professional, mindful, respectful and tidy who is looking for a friendly and calm place to retreat to.
