Hi,
my boyfriend and i are renting out our fantastic apartment in September and October.
It is ideal for a couple, but you can also move in with a friend or on your own. We tried to put our heart and soul in this place, so it is fully furnished and decorated with lots of love and plants. The kitchen is also very well equipped since i like to cook.
It is a very gorgeous Altbau from the 1920s with high stucco ceilings. Its surrounded by large trees that you can see from the balcony and the bedroom. We just bought a new mattress, so I am sure you ll sleep great here.
The apartment is really super nice and we like to keep it clean but not steril. It is located between Amrumer Strasse, Leopoldplatz and Wedding, so U9, U6 and ringbahn are at your disposal. There is a supermarket 200 meters away. Its also a 5 min walk to the Nordufer where we like to have coffee in the sun or take walks.
Our street is probably the most happening in Sprengelkiez with organic shops, bars, cafes , restaurants and gorgeous flower shops. However, it is not a party area, so it is still quiet and very relaxing.
You are welcome to use all our stuff ( kitchen items, TV, stereo), but at the same time we d like you to take good care of it. Everything you dont need we are happy to store in our cellar. Id be great if you could water our plants while we re gone.
You might be able to stay til mid November if you like.
