Dear Sucher,
I am moving from my apartment and looking for someone extremely responsible to take my place. The place is very bright, well located and connected: U8 and U9 3 minutes walk, Tram 30 secs walk and Ring bahn Gesundbrunnen 15 minutes walk.
The hinterhoff is always clean and peaceful, you can sit and relax at the 6m2 balcony in summer as the neighbors can't see you. The apartment is very spacious. It has 2 rooms: 1 bedroom 16m2 and 1 livingroom+ kitchen 27m2
The apartment comes full equipped. I am fine with 1 person or a couple, it is not a family apartment neither a WG. Need to be respectful with neighbors as they always have been to me. No big parties no laud music.
It is a non smoking apartment.
