I'm looking for a new tenant for my beloved apartment starting from February until the end of March - possibly the end of April. The apartment is at the 2nd stock and about 45 sqm big, it has high ceilings and a big, bright bedroom and kitchen; the bedroom will be empty but I can provide it with a bed if needed, the kitchen has a modern stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine and everything you need to do your cooking.
You won't rent simply an apartment but a place you can live comfortably, have your privacy, relax and feel at home for a couple of months.
The building also provides an internal area where you can lock you bike if you need to, neighbours and the area are very very quiet.
5 minutes walk to U-Bahn Rehberge, a couple of minutes walk to lots of supermarkets and a 10 minutes walk to the beautiful Volkspark Rehberge.
The rent is 600€ / month, all bills and fast internet connection included; a 600€ deposit is also required. Please note that I won't be able to consider your request if:

- you need a registration (Anmeldung) to this address, that unfortunately won't be possible
