Hallo,
wir sind eine kleine Familie und sind für 12 Tage, vom 29.04 - 15.05. nicht in Berlin.
Daher suchen wir für die 2 Z.Wohnung in der Zeit eine_n Zwischenmieter_in.
Die Wohnung ist 65 m2 groß, hell und hat eine gemütliche Küche mit Eckbank. Das Bad ist nicht besonders groß, ist aber neu saniert und hat eine Badewanne. Ein Zimmer ist 25 m2 groß hat eine Schlafcouch für 2 Pers. mit großem Esstisch und einem Balkon. Das andere Zimmer ist 30 m2 groß und hat ein 1,80 x 2,00 Meter großes Bett.
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Altbauatmosphäre, befindet sich im 4. OG und ist trotz dem Balkonzimmer zur Straße sehr ruhig. In 5 Min. Fußweg befindet man sich auf einer vielseitigen Geschäftsstraße und hat direkt Anschluss an die U Bahn. In 5 Min in die andere Richtung ist man in einem Stadtwald (Rehberge) und am Plötzensee.
