Weil wir (M33, W32) uns für ein Sabbatical aus Deutschland verkrümeln, bieten wir hier unsere wundervolle Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an.
Im Zeitraum von maximal dem 01.01.2020 bis zum 15.05.2020 könntest du 62m2 Wedding dein zuhause nennen. Du kannst zwei Zimmer unserer vollmöblierten Dreizimmerwohnung mit Balkon mieten, alle Annehmlichkeiten eines funktionierenden Haushalts nutzen und musst dir die Wohnung nur ca. 1-2 Nächte im Monat mit unserem Untermieter (Außendienstler bei ner Bank, im dritten Zimmer der Wohnung) teilen.
Die Wohnung hat Morgensonne auf der Schlafzimmerseite, die Nachmittags- und Abendsonne auf der Balkon-/Wohnzimmerseite und an das Wohnzimmer schließt sich die offene Küche an. Im Bad findest du eine Wanne und auch ein großes (Milchglas-)Fenster. Die Wohnung hat also, vom Flur abgesehen, keine innenliegenden Zimmer.
Bestandteil der Zwischenmiete ist natürlich die Nutzung aller vorhandenen Haushaltsgeräte (Waschmaschine, Küchengeräte, TV/Home Entertainment, WLAN) sowie die Versorgung mit (Öko-)Strom und Warmwasser – That’s all inclusive y’all!
Wir bieten das Ganze für Einzelpersonen oder Pärchen an, mehr WG als euren sporadischen Untermieter gibt’s bei uns aber nicht.
Für dieses atemberaubende Gesamtpaket möchten wir von dir 850 € monatlich und nur zur Sicherheit – viele unserer Möbel sind Handwerksstücke oder gar selbstgezaubert – 500 € Kaution. Die bekommst du natürlich im Idealfall voll zurück.

We’re leavin‘, you’re comin‘.

Since we (m33, f32) are hitting the roads for a little sabbatical, we’re offering our lovely little home for an intermediate rent.
During January 1st 2020 until at best May 15th 2020 you could make yourself at home in 62 squaremeters of Wedding. You’d be renting all but one room of our fully furnished three-room-apartment and would only have to share one or two nights a month with our other „roomy“ (he’s in external sales for a bank) who’s gonna be in the third room.
All bedrooms and the bathroom enjoy morning sunlight, the afternoon and evening sun rest peacefully upon the balcony and the living room. Except for the hallway there’s no room without direct access to sunlight.
The bathroom also offers a bathtub and a nice window.
Included in the intermediate rent would be all amenities like washing machine, kitchen appliances, TV/home entertainment, WIFI as well as power and warmwater of course. That’s all inclusive y’all.
We’re offering this to singles or couples but won’t accept more than one new rental party in our apartment.
For all of this we ask for 850 € monthly and since a lot of our furniture is handmade or even built buy us we also ask for a deposit of 500 € upfront. Should all go smoothly you’d of course get that back in full.
