Only for a month. Not a long term rent as I normally live here.
The flat has a huge cooking-eating-living room open area in the first floor and a bedroom with a working and dressing area in the second floor. A terrace and a small balcony to the street. Also, a separated bathroom with a bathtub. The size is 65 qm, so it is absolutely enough for a single person working from home.
As I normally live here the flat is full equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, pan, pots, etc.). You can use everything what’s here, but of course be careful with my stuff.
No pets, parties, shoes, smokers, etc. allowed in the flat.
It is in a walking distance to Sprengelkiez and Volkspark Rehberge, depending on if you want to go out for food or a walk. It is also very close to Mitte with many connections to the city centre.
Please be advised, that I only rent the place to a single person (preferable woman). Further, you need a liability insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung) to be sure, that any damage would be covered.
My place is a strict non-smoking place (not even on the balconies) and also not a place for partying.
