Hi, welcome to my listing for a uniqe space. It comprises of a one bedroom first floor apartment with a soundpfoofed recording studio below. It's situated in wonderful wild gardens which are peaceful and a great place to hang. The apartment is modern classic with high cealings, wooden floors. Very quiet. Underground and bus is one minute walk away, and we are situated opposite the best park in Berlin. THIS IS NOT A PARTY BUILDING. The studio below has two rooms and a bathroom. The second room which is used as a vocal/guitar/string room has some treatment in one area of the room. Natrual daylight looking into the garden, It can also be used as an office, artist room. There are no neighbours to the left,right,front, rear of the studio and only your apartment above. The studio has a hi level security entrance door, and bars on the window so it's 100% safe. The only way in is with a special key. The studio will be empty as i have a long project so will take all the equiptment. This is pretty much a one off kind of space. Of course i'm looking for a writer/producer to rent. Some things to note. The workspace cannot be used to live in, it's a commercial property only. It's the law, if you break it you will have to leave. The residence here are lovely and it's taken a number of years to build a good bond with them, and i expect it to stay that way. Of course i will require references, deposit, and swap of DNA documents.If your musical and want to really get stuck into your work with no distractions, this is the gold.
