Hallo,
ich biete hier für fünf Wochen meine gemütliche zwei Zimmer Wohnung (Altbau) zur Untermiete an.
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine kleine Küche, ein großes Schlafzimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche und separater Wanne und zwei Balkone. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und komplett mit allem ausgestattet. Ich werde meine Sachen in der Wohnung lassen, aber Platz frei räumen, damit ihr eure Klamotten etc gut unterbekommt.
Im Bad steht außerdem eine Waschmaschine, in der Küche eine Spülmaschine.
Die Wohnung ist für 1 - 2 Personen optimal. Das Bett ist 1.60m breit und im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Schlafcouch.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, liegt im 3. Stock in einem Altbau.
Zu Fuß sind es ca 7 Minuten zum Leopoldplatz (U6/U9), 7 Minuten zum Nauenerplatz (U9) und ebenfalls 7 Minuten zu S-Wedding (Ringbahn).
Die Müllerstrasse ist nicht weit, mit vielen Läden und Cafés. Außerdem ist der Karstadt um die Ecke, der einen Supermarkt im UG hat und auch sonst ein riesiges Sortiment.
Weitere Supermärkte in der Nähe sind Netto, Lidl, Penny und Edeka.Dienstags und freitags ist Wochenmarkt auf dem Leopoldplatz und Samstag sogar ein netter Flohmarkt.

Die Wohnung ist frei vom 22.1.-27.2.
Bei den Daten gibt es aber auch ein bisschen Flexibilität, also bei Interesse einfach melden.

The apartment has a large living room, a small kitchen, a large bedroom, a bathroom with shower and separate tub and two balconies. The apartment is very bright and fully equipped. I will leave my things in the apartment, but clear space so that you can accommodate your clothes etc.
There is a washing machine in the bathroom and a dishwasher in the kitchen.
The apartment is suited for 1 - 2 people. The bed is 1.60m wide and in the living room, additionally, there is als a sofa bed.
