Wir bieten unsere extrem ruhige, schöne Altbauwohnung (70 m2, 2 OG) in Berlin-Wedding für Juni, Juli und August 2022 zur Untermiete an. Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad und langer, langer Flur.
Warmmiete beträgt 1120 € inklusive Strom und Internet.
Alle Fenster gehen zum ruhigen, grünen Innenhof raus und wir haben entspannte Nachbarn. Unsere Parallelstraße ist die schöne Malplaquestraße mit Caféˋs, Bars und einem tollen Antiquariat. Gute Restaurants gibt es auch um die Ecke (Z.b. Stranero und Restaurants im Sprengelkiez). Es gibt viele viele Tischtennisplatten und alle erdenklichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es 10 min zum Plötzesee, perfekter Badeort für den Sommer. Es gibt auch Parks in der Nähe, der Schillerpark ist 5 min entfernt und Humboldthain 15 min (mit Fahrrad). Durch den U Bahnhof Leopoldplatz und S-Wedding ist man richtig gut an den Rest Berlins angebunden (10 min bis Mitte, 25- Tempelhofer Feld) Trödelmarkt und Kunst und Designmarkt auf dem Leopoldplatz finden regelmäßig statt.

We offer our extremely quiet, beautiful apartment (70 m2, 2nd floor) in Berlin-Wedding for June, July and August 2022 for subletting. Living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a long, long hallway.
Rent including electricity and internet is €1120.
All windows face the quiet, green inner courtyard and we have relaxed neighbors. Our parallel street is the beautiful Malplaquestrasse with cafés, bars and a great antiquarian bookshop. There are also good restaurants around the corner (e.g. Stranero and restaurants in the Sprengelkiez). There are many many table tennis tables and all imaginable shops in the immediate vicinity. It is 10 minutes by bike to Ploetzesee, a perfect bathing spot for the summer. There are also parks nearby, Schillerpark is 5 minutes away and Humboldthain 15 minutes (by bike). The underground station Leopoldplatz and S-Wedding are really well connected to the rest of Berlin (10 min to Mitte, 25 toTempelhofer Feld) Flea market and art and design market on Leopoldplatz take place regularly.
We would be very happy about nice subtenants who can enjoy our beloved apartment for this summer.
