Untermiete 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Wedding für Paar/kleine Familie

Hallo!

Wir vermieten eine ganze 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (58 m^2) im Wedding für 2 Jahre unter, da wir in der Zeit im Ausland sein werden.

Die Wohnung liegt genau zwischen den U6-Stationen Seestrasse und Rehberge, ist im vierten Stock, leider ohne Fahrstuhl. Ausserdem liegen der Schillerpark, die Rehberge und der Plötzensee quasi in derselben Strasse, es gibt viele Restaurants, Cafes und quasi das Komplettpaket an Supermärkten in der Nähe.

Die Wohnung ist NICHT möbliert.
Sie hat ein Schlafzimmer (
11 m^2), ein ziemlich grosses Wohnzimmer (30 m^2), einen sehr großen Balkon (8 m2), der zu einem ruhigen Innenhof rausgeht, sowie selbstverständlich ein Badezimmer und eine Küche.
Die Miete beträgt inklusive Strom, Gas und Internet 750 Euro / Monat für die komplette Wohnung.
Da wir hier normalerweise als Pärchen mit Baby leben und die Zimmer sehr unterschiedlich sind, ist die Wohnung ideal für Menschen, die gerne die ganze Fläche teilen möchten - also z.B. ebenfalls Pärchen oder Elter(n) mit Baby.

Ausserdem schicken wir euch natürlich bei Interesse Fotos, wollen nur unsere Wohnräume nicht im Internet veröffentlichen.
Wir suchen nach jemandem, der bereit ist, sich für 2 Jahre an eine Wohnung zu binden (da wir im Ausland sind in der Zeit hätten wir keine Möglichkeit, mittendrin nochmal nach Zwischenmietern zu suchen und unsere Wohnung pfleglich behandelt).

Hi all,
We are subrenting an entire 2-rooms flat (58 m^2) in Wedding for 2 years, as we'll be out of town for that time.
The flat is exactly between the U6 stations Seestrasse and Rehberge, is at the forth floor with no elevator. In addition, the Schillerpark as well as the Rehberge and the Plötzensee are in the same street. There are also many restaurants, coffees, and almost all the brands of supermarkets are to be found in the neighboorhood...
The flat is NOT furnished. There is a sleeping room (
11 m^2), a pretty big living room (30 m^2) as well as a very big balcony (8m2) on a calm courtyard.

The rent, including electricity gas and internet is of 750 Euros / months for the entire flat.

As we live here as a couple and as the rooms are pretty different, the flat is ideal for people that want to share the entire space - for example another couple or parent(s) plus baby.

Photos and visit are of course possible if you are interested, just don-t want to publish our personal living rooms on the internet.
Important to us is to find someone who is willing to commit to a flat for 2 years and treats it nicely.
