Meine Wohnung befindet sich ruhig gelegen im 3. Stock eines sehr gepflegten Altbaus, ist hell und komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag benötigt. Die Dielenböden und die schönen, typischen großen Fenster tragen zum Charme der Wohnung bei. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind offen miteinander verbunden.
Im Hinterhof gibt es die Möglichkeit ein Fahrrad sicher abzustellen.

Since I'm leaving Berlin for 6 weeks, I'm renting out my 54 sqm cozy 2-room apartment with balcony in Mitte (13347 Berlin, Wedding). The apartment is available from 14.11.2022 to 30.12.2022.
My apartment is quietly located on the 3rd floor of a very well-kept building, it is bright and fully equipped with everything you need in everyday life. The floorboards and the beautiful, typical large windows definitely add to the charm of the apartment. Kitchen and living room are openly connected.
You can park your bike safely in the backyard.
The equipment includes:

Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich der Schillerpark und auch einige beliebte Bars sind im Umkreis von 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. In 3 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es einen Supermarkt (Netto) und einen türkischen Supermarkt sowie einen Bäcker. Natürlich gibt es auch einige Spätis direkt in der Nähe. Die Anbindung in andere Stadtteile ist perfekt (U9 4 Minuten zu Fuß, U8 und U6 12 Minuten zu Fuß, Tram M13 in 5 Minuten erreichbar, Bus 327 2 Minuten zu Fuß).
Die Wohnung ist generell perfekt an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden.

In 3 minutes walking distance there is a supermarket (Netto) and a Turkish supermarket as well as a bakery. Of course, there are also some Spätis right nearby. The connection to other parts of the city is perfect (U9 4 minutes walk, U8 and U6 12 minutes walk, Tram M13 in 5 minutes, bus 327 2 minutes walk).

Die Gesamtmiete für 6 Wochen beträgt 1800 €. Diese würde ich gern im Vorhinein erhalten. Darin sind alle Posten wie Strom, Gas, GEZ, Internet etc. enthalten. Dazu kommt eine Kaution von 450 €.
Falls du / ihr Interesse habt, erzählt mir gern ein bisschen über euch. Ich freue mich außerdem über einen grünen Daumen, da ich viele Pflanzen habe :)

The apartment is perfect for one person or a couple. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for WGs due to the cut.
The total rent for 6 weeks is 1800 € which I would like to receive upfront. This includes all items such as electricity, gas, GEZ, internet, etc. No further costs added due to the instable situation.
Deposit: 450 €
If you are interested in renting my flat please give me some backround information about yourself. It is also a plus if you like plants as I have many of them :)
