Cozy 3 room apartment by the lake

Hi,

We moving out of our our beloved apartment in Weißensee, 3 walking minutes away from the lake. The apartment will be available from the 15th of March until the 1st of June (potentially 1st of July) €1400 per month.

As we are moving out of our place, there is the option to rent the place unfurnished or simply furnished (desk, bed, cupboards, kitchen table).

The apartment has 103 meters squared, 3 bedrooms. The apartment is perfect for 2-3 people to live in.

Note: If you are a single person and would like to rent out one bedroom and share the living room, don't hesitate to reach out. We are also open to renting out the apartment in which 2 bedrooms are rented separately (by different people) and the living room is shared.

You can reach the tram in 10 minutes and get to cute cafés, bars and restaurant in about 20 minutes. 15 minutes cycle to Prenzlauerberg and 25 minutes to the centre. Supermarkets and Bio Markets are in walking distance.

The sublets will be given access to a shared garden, a safe place to lock bikes, towels, bed sheets, dishwasher & fast wifi. The next washing salon is a 4 minute cycle away.

We are looking for people who can enjoy our cozy apartment and will treat it respectfully.
