Sehr gute 3- Zimmer Wohnung, voll möbliert, hell und in einer sehr ruhigen Nachbarschaft.
Wir werden zwischen 2.2.-12.3.2024 (40 Tage) in Urlaub sein und möchten unsere gemütliche Wohnung untervermieten. Eine Anmeldung ist aus diesem Grund leider nicht möglich.
*WICHTIG: Unsere geliebte Katze wird in unserer Wohnung bleiben. Deshalb suchen wir jemanden, der-die gut mit Tieren und Pflanzen umgehen kann.
Die Wohnung hat 70 m2 und es ist mit zwei Schlafzimmer, einer Wohnküche, einem Bad und einem Balkon ausgestattet.
Das größere Zimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank und Kommode ausgestattet. Das zweite Zimmer ist als Musikstudio genutzt, ausgestattet mit Klavier, Gitarren, Schreibtisch und einer Schlafsofa (es könnte auch als Schlafzimmer genutzt werden).

Very good 3-room apartment, fully furnished, bright and in a very quiet neighborhood.
We will be on vacation between 2.2.-12.3.2024 (40 days) and would like to sublet our cozy apartment. A registration is unfortunately not possible for this reason.
*IMPORTANT: Our beloved cat will stay in our apartment. Therefore we are looking for someone who is good with animals and plants.
The apartment has 70 m2 and it is equipped with two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom and a balcony.
The larger room is furnished with a double bed, closet and dresser. The second room is generally used as a music studio, equipped with a e-piano, guitars, desk and a sofa bed (it could also be used as a bedroom, of course).
