Suche solventen Nachmieter/in für meine 2-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung in Wilmersdorf-Halensee. Großer Balkon, Badewanne, Fensterbad, Blick ins Grüne auf der einen Seite; Einbauschränke; Einbauküche; Ku´damm-Nähe (5 min zu Fuß); kleiner Park nebenan; nette Nachbarn; gute Hausverwaltung; Haus ist warm im Winter und kühl im Sommer; Gasherd vorhanden; Parkett im Wohnzimmer..
Toll wäre es, wenn der/die Nachmieter/in die Renovierung (nur Streichen und Fußleisten lackieren) übernehmen kann. Ich beginne bereits in 1 Woche meinen neuen Job in anderer Stadt und werde leider null Zeit dafür haben:-(
Ku`damm-Nähe; sehr gute Infrastruktur und BVG-Anschluss; Grunewald in der Nähe; kleiner Park nebenan; alle Geschäfte in Laufnähe; U-Bhf Adenauerplatz; mind 4 Busslinien;
