Spacious flat with 4 very big and one small room. All rooms can be accessed separately, and the flat is therefore suitable for a flatshare. The flat has a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and a balkony.
It is a topical old Berlin 'altbau' with very high ceilings and beautiful wooden floor and big wooden doors.
I want to rent the flat for 4 years because I might want to move in myself after that time. This I am looking g for people who are not planning on staying forever.
The flat can, if wanted, also be partly furnished.
U9 is just 3 minutes away walking distance.
Free from beginning of September.
